We recommend our weekly package for households with large dogs and families so that you can safely enjoy your outdoor space more frequently.

This depends largely on your goals for your yard. If you want your yard to be used by both people and pets as a space of mutual enjoyment and you notice lots of odor build-up, then higher frequency is recommended. We can adjust the subscription package as well if you determine you need more or less frequent service.

A recurring service for a standard size lot takes between 15-30 minutes, depending on obstacles and number of dogs in the household. A one-time or initial clean-up service with lots of build-up will take a 30 to 60 minutes.

Ensure that the technicians can enter through a gate to the yard (if any) and lock up your four-legged family members while we are on site. While we love all dogs, not all dogs love us.

On-The-Way Text Messages: In advance of the service, you'll receive two messages - one on the day before your visit confirming you are on the service route. The other message will be sent when your scoop technician is on their way to your address with a reminder to put your dogs inside.

Your insured, background-checked and uniformed scoop technician will arrive in Dog Doo Be Gone marked vehicle and with sanitized equipment.

Closed Gate Photo: At the end of the service, you'll receive a message stating that service is complete along with a photo of your closed gate. You can safely let your dogs back into the yard!

Yes! Not only are we removing the dog waste from your yard, but we're really reducing the nasty bacteria that comes with it by scooping the waste. As dog waste breaks down that harmful bacteria will yellow your grass, be washed into our waterways, but will also get tracked back into your home on the paws and soles of shoes and feet.

Our technicians sanitize all equipment between services and we dispose of waste in bio-degradable bags.
