Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I have my yard scooped?

We recommend our twice a month package for households that have two or fewer dogs because it offers that sweet spot for budgets while preventing a lot of smelly build-up. We recommend our weekly or twice a week packages for households with large dogs and families so that you can safely enjoy your outdoor space more frequently.

This depends largely on your goals for your yard. If you want your yard to be used by both people and pets as a space of mutual enjoyment, then higher frequency is recommended. We can adjust the subscription package as well if you determine you need more or less frequent service.

Are the deodorization & sanitization products safe for pets and children?

Yes, we use Wysiwash, an all-in-one deodorization and sanitation clean product that connects to your outdoor hose bib. It is safe for pets, children, and yards while being tough on disease and bacteria.

Wysiwash is a designed for mult-surface use (like grass and concrete), provides complete odor control that smells good, is non-irratating to animals and humans, is biodegradable, neutralizes mold, and is safe to use on grass and plants.

"The EPA-approved formula is safe to use around animals and humans, yet tough enough to kill infectious diseases like Parvovirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Panleukopenia." - Wysiwash

How long does the service take?

A recurring service for a standard size lot takes between 15-30 minutes, depending on obstacles and number of dogs in the household. A one-time or initial clean-up service with lots of build-up will take a minimum of one hour to complete. Add-on services such as yard deodorization & sanitation and litter box cleaning take about 10 minutes per service occurence.

What should I do to prepare for a scoop appointment?

Ensure that the technicians can enter through a gate to the yard (if any) and lock up your four-legged family members while we are on site. While we love all dogs, not all dogs love us.

How does the service work?

After you make your deposit, we add you to our service route with one of our dedicated scoop technicians. We walk your property in a grid pattern to locate any landmines. All waste is scooped, double-bagged, and disposed of in your trash bin.

Do you sanitize your equipment?

Yes! We sanitizer our gear with a commercial-grade disinfectant after every job so you can feel confident that we're not tracking germs from one yard to the next.

How can I book a service visit?

Book your chosen service online, based on your lot size, here OR call/text us OR email us to help you book your service.

Fantastic service that makes my life easier. I have two cats and work full time. The last thing I want to do is deep clean a litter box, but I need my kitties to have a healthy environment too. The staff are friendly and will definitely use again!
